Salman bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the president of the AFC and senior vice-president of football governing body FIFA, has expressed his congratulations to Pankaj Bikram Nembang on becoming the president of the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).

The election of Nembang, according to AFC President Khalifa in a letter delivered on Friday, is evidence of the trust and confidence the Nepali football community placed in him.

Al Khalifa also assured his assistance in Nembang's football development initiatives in Nepal.
