Manang Marshyangdi Club vs Nepal Police Club played a historical match at the Pokhara Stadium today. 

This is the first time that a A Division League matchup was contested outside of the Kathmandu valley.

Owing to MMC's request of playing some of their league games in Pokhara as a home team, ANFA granted them their wish with MMC being set to play three matches in Pokhara.

More than 4000 football fans attended the league match.

MMC will face Brigade Boys Club in the seventh round of matches at Pokhara with another fixture against Chyasal Youth Club also scheduled to be played in Pokhara in the eighth round.
