Himalayan Sherpa Club has entered final of Jagadamba steel 13th Jeetpur Simara gold cup football tournament in Simara, Bara.

Himlayan Sherpa defeated Makwanpur XI 3-0 in the first semifinal match played at Simara stadium on Wednesday.

The Mountaineers have entered final of the event in a decade. They were beaten by MMC in the final in 2069 B.S.

Super sub Nisan Limbu scored a brace while Sushil Rai scored apiece for the winners.

Two goal hero Limbu became the player of the match and received NRs 10,000 cash.

Church Boys United will play against NRT in the second semifinal match today.
