Hosts Sital Jyoti, LG Ekata, Dip United, Tara & Sital Jyoti blue have entered pre-quarterfinals of Sital Jyoti cup 7-A-Side football tournament in Pokhara.

Sital Jyoti B defeated Tila FC in sudden death in the first match played at Amarsingh grounds on Tuesday.

In other matches, LG Ekata defeated Elite FC 1-0, Dip United ousted LG Association 3-1 PSO, Tara FC sidelined KIEC Boon FC 1-0 and Sital Jyoti blue got walkover from Naya Galli FC.

29 teams are taking part in the event, which has a winning purse of NRs 1,55,555. Runners up team will get NRs 85,555.
